Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a booking or a gift voucher purchase made online, by email or by phone within 14 days of the day it was made. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”.

By pressing the button you send this statement: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the service or gift voucher named above.” We use your details only to process the withdrawal. See our Privacy Notice.

What happens next

• You immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal, with its content and the date and time we received it.
• A booking is cancelled at no cost. If you have already paid, for example for a gift voucher, we refund the full amount within 14 days, using the same payment method.
• A session that has already taken place can no longer be withdrawn from.
