1. Who we are

Celtic Crystal Ogham & Reiki Healing is the trading name of Jasna Škiljan, sole trader, 63 The Green, Clonattin Village, Gorey, Co. Wexford, Y25 R650, Ireland. VAT no. IE9829105AA. Email info@jasnaskiljan.com, phone 083 082 8368. Sessions take place at The Palms Health and Wellbeing Centre, Room 2, Gorey, or at a distance. In these terms “we” and “us” means Jasna Škiljan, and “you” means the client.

These terms apply when you book a session (in person or at a distance) or buy a gift voucher. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms reduces the rights you have under Irish consumer law.

2. A complementary practice, not medical treatment

Please keep seeing your doctor for any physical or mental health concern, and never stop or delay medical treatment because of a session or anything on this website. Every person’s experience of a session is different, so we cannot promise any particular result.

3. Booking a session

• You can book online through our booking calendar, or by phone or email.
• The contract is made when you receive our booking confirmation by email.
• Before your first session we may ask a few questions about your health, so that the session is safe and suitable for you. Please tell us about any condition, pregnancy or medication that may be relevant.
• We may decline or stop a session if it does not seem suitable or safe for you, or if a client behaves inappropriately. You pay nothing for a session that does not take place.

4. Prices and payment

• Reiki Healing Session, 60 minutes: €60
• Celtic Crystal Ogham Healing, 60 minutes: €60
• Combined Healing Session, 90 minutes: €90
• Distance Healing Session, 60 minutes: €60

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown when you book is the price you pay. Nothing is paid when you book: you pay on the day of the session, in person by cash or card, or for a distance session by bank transfer or card payment link.

5. Changing or cancelling an appointment

• You can move or cancel an appointment free of charge, using the link in your booking email, by email or by phone.
• Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance where you can, so the time can be offered to someone else.
• If you arrive late, the session may need to end at the booked time so the next client is not kept waiting.
• If we have to cancel or move a session, we contact you as soon as possible and offer a new time.

6. Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer and you booked online, by email or by phone, you can cancel the contract within 14 days of the day it was made, without giving a reason. The easiest way is the “Withdraw from contract here” form, available at the bottom of every page. You can also email us or write to the address in section 1, for example using the model form at the end of these terms. You receive an email confirming that we received your withdrawal, with the date and time of receipt.

As you pay only on the day of the session, cancelling a booking costs you nothing. If you have already paid, for example for a gift voucher, we refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, unless you agree to another method.

If you book a session that takes place within the 14 days, you ask us to provide it within the cancellation period. Once the session has taken place, it can no longer be cancelled.

7. Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are bought by contacting us, and are paid by bank transfer or card payment link.
• Every voucher is valid for at least 5 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
• There are no fees for buying, holding or using a voucher, and it can be passed on to someone else.
• A voucher can be used for the session named on it, or its value can be used towards any other session.
• If you bought a voucher and it has not been used, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund (see section 6).
• If a voucher is lost, contact us and we will replace it if we can identify it from our records.

8. During the session

• Sessions are not given to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• We do not tolerate harassment or inappropriate behaviour.

9. Our responsibility

We provide every session with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. We do not guarantee that the website is always available or free of errors.

10. Complaints

If you are not happy with a session or our service, please write to info@jasnaskiljan.com. We acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and give you a full answer within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you may use the Small Claims procedure of the District Court for claims up to €2,000. Independent information on consumer rights is available from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie.

11. Website content

The text, photos and logos on this website belong to Jasna Škiljan. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not republish or sell them without our written permission.

12. Your personal data

How we handle your personal data, including any health information you share with us, is explained in our Privacy Notice.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country and may bring proceedings there.
